Thank you for using the casual kimono (hereinafter referred to as "A") product. When customers residing in Japan (hereinafter referred to as "customers") use the products owned by A and all the accessory parts (hereinafter referred to as "products") of the products, we promise the following.

This rental contract rents (rents) the product for the period and fee stated in the contract slip with the customer.
If the customer's identity is not clear, we may deposit a deposit. This deposit covers all of the customer's obligations set forth in this contract.
During the rental period, even if the contract is canceled halfway, the fee for the originally set rental period cannot be refunded.
The product must be returned before the rental period expires, and if it is returned after that, an extension fee (twice the additional fee x number of days) will be charged.
If you violate this contract, we may cancel this contract without any special notice or notice. In this case, the customer must return the item immediately. Even if the contract is canceled, a rental fee and an extension fee will be charged until the product is returned.
In addition to over-the-counter delivery and over-the-counter return, you can choose courier service (extra charge), delivery / collection (extra charge), etc. If the nearest store does not have the product in stock, we may not be able to accept the over-the-counter return. In addition, the delivery place of the product is limited to Japan.
Please use the product according to the purpose of use, and be careful when using and storing it.
If the product is returned to us, it will be worn out due to normal use, and if the product is damaged beyond the cost price and needs to be repaired, we will reimburse you for the cost equivalent to the repair price.
If there is a risk of a third party seizing, provisionally seizing, or claiming the right of the product, please notify us immediately.
The customer must not allow a third party to use the product, or dispose of it by transfer, pledge, sublease, or transfer of possession. Also, do not modify or refurbish the product.
If there is a structural defect in the product and the customer's purpose of use cannot be achieved even after repairing it, we will contact you immediately. We will rent a substitute of the same type. If there is no replacement, the rental fee of the above slip will be refunded and you will not be held responsible.
If the product becomes non-returnable or non-repairable while it is in the hands of the customer, in addition to the charge during the rental period (or the extension charge for that period if it exceeds the period), we will comply with certain criteria. You will be reimbursed for the same amount as the calculated price of the item.
When you use the product, we are not responsible for any damage caused by your carelessness.
We will not be liable for any damages caused to the customer, such as not achieving the purpose of use, after the product is handed over to the customer after confirming the operation function of the product.
In the case of home delivery, please open the package immediately after receiving the product, check the instruction manual etc. by yourself, and check the product so that the purpose of use can be achieved. If you do not achieve the purpose of use after checking, you will be contacted immediately.
If the product is stolen or caught in a fire, the customer will be required to obtain a theft report and proof of damage. If A receives insurance benefits (excluding overseas), no compensation will be received except for the deductible amount.
If a dispute arises with the customer regarding this contract, the court having jurisdiction over the first instance shall be the district court having jurisdiction over the head office of A.
