I haven't received the reservation confirmation email. Can you make a reservation?

Please tell me about WEB payment.

After completing the reservation procedure from HP, you can make online payment by credit card payment, convenience store payment, or carrier payment. We recommend that you make a web payment in advance so that the accounting on the day will be smooth.

How can I make a reservation for 9 or more people?

Can I make a reservation by phone?

Yes. It is possible.

Is there a cancellation fee?

If you contact us at least 3 days before your scheduled visit date, no cancellation fee will be charged. However, please note that a cancellation fee of 100% per person will be charged for cancellations made 2 days before, the day before, or on the day of the event.
